T-shirt Design Brief

We are a Veterans Home, we take care of elderly and disabled military veterans. We opened in 2013 and we are designing a tee shirt to commemorate our ten year anniversary. We are having a tee shirt made... based on the concept of a rock band tour tee shirt. We would like to have you design the shirt.

It will have something on the front, and something on the back. The theme is "Freedom Rocks Tour" and the front. We are envisioning an eagle on the front, mimicing what a an authentic rock band tee shirt would look like. (See pics)

The back should have a list of dates and accomplishments, just as a rock band tour shirt would have dates and locations. I am roughly estimating about 30 items on the list of accomplishments and dates.

Across the top of the back we would like it to say "Southern Utah Veterans Home" and "Freedom Rocks Tour" and "2013 - 2023"

Depending on design price, we are hopeful to have a design for a black tee shirt and a design for a red tee shirt, and maybe other colors as well (goldish yellow, dark teal?).
I anticipate that this would mean the design colors would have to be adjusted according to the color of the shirt. Preferably, the design itself would remain the same and the designer would only change the colors in order to match the color of the shirts that we decide to use.

I will attach some pics from google and some rough sketches I have made. Don't laugh.... I know it looks like I'm in kindergarten, but I'm really not. :)

The files I'm attaching at to give you an idea of what we have in mind. You can feel free to use your imagination. We want it to look a bit "bad ass", an old school type concert tour tee shirt.
