Logo Design Brief

We are looking to modernize and streamline the logo for our city. Presently, our logo is very busy and tries to include too many colors and pictures. The new logo will represent our city on all promotional material, business cards, swag, vehicles, apparel, etc. Our city sets on the banks of Green River which attracts many kayakers and other river enthusiasts. Many start their river trip in our city and end down river in Mammoth Cave National Park. From the river, visitors know they are in our town when the pass under "the bridge". We want our logo to appeal to river goers with the primary color being an earthy green. If you use red in your design, please refrain from using a bright red; stick to earth colors. Please keep it simple and sophisticated.
