Logo Design Brief

For a non-medical home care agency in the Bay Area I'm looking for a new logo. We want to rebrand the company and give it a fresh, and sophisticated feel. It has to be a logo that consists of typo and and icon (see our old logo). The color green has to be used, but can be a diffirent shade of green like sage. Please feel free to use all of your creative power to come up with a nice looking logo that gives this company a trustable, and modern feel.
