Tattoo Design Brief

A two part picture for a chest tattoo, large with plenty of detail.
1st is a stoic crow with a sense of hidden power just below the service. Feathers with white Celtic lines (negative space) running through them as if accenting them. Dark black circle behind it as if mimicking a lunar eclipse, but as if it was painted with tar.
2nd is the same as above except under a UV light the inner fire becomes out fire as neon blue fire licks up from the feathers and eyes.
