Tattoo Design Brief

Looking for some to design me a tattoo. Description: Realistic, black & grey, PRAY HANDS (similar to one that you would see a religious person get, often seen with a rosary necklace draped over the hands - although I do not want the necklace). The most important part of the tattoo is the pointer and middle fingers on the front hand should be crossed (like someone crossing their fingers for good luck).
