Book Cover Design Brief

I need a book cover design for a book titled, “Zero Tolerance?” The book recounts my story of bullying in the workplace. It also includes chapters on how readers can minimize/stop workplace bullying, write an effective complaint, and ensure their own mental wellbeing.

I am looking for a bold design using red and black, and possibly distressed lettering. The covers of other books dealing with this subject do not reflect my vision. They are often too childish or look too academic. This book needs to stress the serious nature of a toxic workplace, while appealing to readers experiencing a similar situation. I’d like the cover to reflect the mental anguish associated with workplace bullying (hence the distressed lettering).

I have included a cover that appeals to me (although the coloring is wrong). That said, I am also very happy (and excited) to see your creative input!
