Graphic Design Brief

I need a logo design to put on a navy colored umbrella. I am looking for a simple nautical anchor, and I can only do a single color imprint, so I am thinking white, but we can do a different color.

I MAY want the anchor image to be outlined in white as opposed to a solid color anchor. The attached image is one I like, but I am open to others.

Then, the logo needs to include : Old Town Alexandria.

The logo size needs to be 7" wide by 4" high. And, I MAY choose to use this design on a t-shirt that has a 12" x 12" imprint area in the front, or I may put it as a smaller design on the left chest area.
