Caleb Dalziell (Property Consultant):

Caleb has an in-depth understanding of all things property & finance related. With a degree in property & finance, diploma in finance & mortgage broking, certificate IV in real estate practice, project management roles in residential property development, plus years of small business experience as co-founder/co-owner of The Tribute Coffee + Kitchen, his experience in managing competing demands and complex scenarios runs far and wide.

Caleb also has experience in corporate negotiations which is proving to be a very beneficial skill set. Caleb is deeply committed to people and pursuing exceptional outcomes for his clients. He has built a reputation as a man of his word who is genuine and sincere and willing to go above and beyond for his clients.

Mark Hayes (Director / Licensee):

Mark has worked in various roles inclusive of being a Real Estate Agent, Bank Manager, Financial Counsellor, Mortgage Broker, and previously a Commercial Pilot. He spent eight years in remote Western Australia, where he worked for an international mining company creating strategies to help support the well-being of employees. Mark’s focus in life has always been to help people. To him, it is always about the relationship. Mark gets enormous satisfaction from seeing individuals, families, and businesses thrive financially. He has become a skilled negotiator with extensive experience working for a number of corporations and private firms.
 
What differentiates Mark is his compassion and commitment to people. He works hard to be an excellent communicator with the aim of achieving great results. He  has extensive sales experience with incredible ability to push the boundaries, think outside the box and meet or surpass expectations.
