Graphic Design Brief

We need a prospectus/deck made for this Halloween event called THE HAUNTING OF HEXWOOD. Attached is the writeup, our logo, some background photos you can use, and photos of the actual town site. For the town photos (4) could you try to make them look greyscale or smokey? I attached a sample Prospectus/Deck that was created for another event of ours to give you an idea of layout and pages.
