Logo Design Brief

Hello
We are a small farm business based in southern Western Australia currently producing Olive Oil and Italian Purple Garlic and are looking into other products to grow as well.
The farm is now 3rd generation, commencing from my Italian grandparents. Produce is grown using traditional methods.
We would like to logo to capture some of this tradition. The Galasia name was chosen as it is a waterfall in the Aspromonte Park in Italy and is the mid point between the two towns in Italy where my parents were born.
