The reason why this contest has low submissions is because the amount paid for the task is way too low. Design crowd charges 15% from this amount and 4% money transfer charges which makes it only 190EUR for us. This amount is not justifiable for website design + coding. Please increase the budget a bit so that best designers can take part and you can get best designs
