Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for our trucks, printed materials, website, and so on. I picture a round smiley face with Happy & Clean around the top and Septic Rescue around the bottom or across the middle. I am open to other ideas. Colors-let’s try Navy blue, bright green, and silver (think Seattle Seahawks colors). Also, the trucks are stainless steel/silver so we need that logo to only be the blue and green.
