Graphic Design Brief

I'm working with a vendor to have fabric table cover and retractable banner created for an upcoming trade show. I received the first stab at a high resolution retractable banner design from their internal graphic artist and I was very disappointed (*3rd party proof attached). At first glance, the design seemed much too busy, too much going on, too many different colors, inexperienced designer, and poor use of photos . I'm providing multiple photos so you have more than one of two to work with - not because I want all of them on the final banner. The size of the banner is 34" x "79. I'm also attaching a proof of the table cover so you a sense of what it will look like. I’d like the look and feel of the banner design to be modern/clean yet pleasing to the eye. That said, I strongly encourage/support you to follow your ‘design inspiration’ as you are the expert. Also included is a QR code (files attached) that's should be placed at a reasonable height for mobile phone scanning an includes Contact Us or Get In Touch text close to the QR code. Note: The_HRA_People_Development_One_Pager attachment is only being provided to help educate designer as to what HRA People Development does. The Red_Highlighted_Banner_Text_Copy_Considerations attachment is NOT a requirement or an expectation all of it should be on banner. I

Must have

• The peach logo should only have HRA People Development below the logo, not Department of Administrative Services. The banner is one-sided. Several designers have submitted a two-sided banner. Please use Pantone Cool Gray 3 C as a base color for banner. Use only the following 3 photos: Ga State Capitol 1, Manager Coaching Employees, and Gen Y Gen X. With the exception of text supporting the 3 icons (consulting, workshops,tools/resources, use only this text: WHAT WE DO We offer GA agencies and entities forward thinking consulting and people development solutions. When using the Peach logo, always include Georgia TM directly below the peach and below that, HRA People Development. It may require enlarging the HRA People Development font so HRA People Development is prominent and visible. Stylized, modern, professional look and feel. Typo: The 3rd icon being used in design submissions should be Tools/Resource not Total/Resources

Nice to have

• Use of gradient/faded design use of photos.
