Graphic Design Brief

I want to create a certification seal graphic that I can use when students pass a certain course at the EU Cyber Academy. I need to be able to edit the graphic and change the certification code for each course. for example it the text on the seal may be "Certified" "CCISO" and I would want to change the letters "CCISO' and create new variations of the certification seal. I will attached my logo for the "EU Cyber Academy" and a sample of a "seal type" image I like. It doesn't necessarily have to be like or similar to that but that should give you some ideas. It should obviously compliment the logo of EU Cyber Academy style and colors.
