Tattoo Design Brief

I am looking for a tattoo big enough to fit on most of my forearm. My nickname as a kid was express so I was hoping to get a train going through the goods and bad of life but ultimately sticking on gods path. I want this tattoo to be either a fine line tattoo or a realistic tattoo I’m open to seeing both options.
