Logo Design Brief

This is a vacation rental located one block off the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida. It’s located in one of the highest elevations with views of the gulf above the many trees that are located here. It looks a little like you’re in Costa Rica so we’re trying to get a logo design that gives a sleek look and feel of a Bali or Costa Rican style Villa. The name of the property is “Treetops 30A”. Our idea is the word treetops 30 a with the "T" forming some type of oak tree over the first few letters. We think there should be a line underneath the words, but the line should be very subtle as a surfboard with a small surfboard fin at the end. At least that’s our design concept. We will be printing this on our beach chairs, as well as putting the logo on our golf cart and on a sign in the front yard. We want it to look very professional, and not like “clip art” we have a few examples we had an AI generator make that we can submit.
