Logo Design Brief

I'd like to design a clean and modern logo for an exterior cleaning company called "clean concepts" We specialize in pressure washing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning.

I prefer black, grey, white and aqua blue. But also open to other color options. Id like the logo to say "exterior cleaning" somewhere in it but smaller than the name.
