We have recently sold facility supply distribution company and understand the facility maintenance industry top to bottom. Layout:

I think it would work best to have a 4 page single fold booklet type brochure - but open to any suggestions.
The inside would have the 2 services - one side hard floors and the other side windows. Either the front or the back would have our biography on it (probably the back?).
I will give you more input like the address and phone number at the end, it can be added easily.


For the pictures I've added:
The ones that include the word "example" are to be used when incorporating the services.

I've also included a bunch of window pictures. You can use some or none of these (and get other ones) in companion with the text about window cleaning.
