Logo Design Brief

Our nonprofit helps undocumented immigrants from Mexico who have experienced human trafficking in the USA get free legal services. We have a parent brand, called New Frontier Immigration Law (logo attached), so we would like the logo designs to have a sibling-type relationship (show they are related somehow). I would really like to incorporate the monarch butterfly--it migrates North from Mexico. It should be a simple design, not trending feminine or masculine, and easy to identify that it's related to the law firm brand. I'd like to continue using navy blue and black as our main logo colors for this brand, as well.
