Logo Design Brief

My new channel will publish videos and create an online community to discuss strategies and technologies to start or run a more prosperous contracting business. I would like to see logo concepts that focus on the word thrive and communicate growth, increase, prosperity, and perhaps even process improvement, technology, or digital transformation. No construction symbols, please, since the channel is for ALL types of contractors--from painters and roofers to cleaners and landscapers. So, no houses, no hammers, and no hard hats. The logo needs to be simple yet effective. Less is more. ALL CAPS contractor names are overdone and too old school, so I think I would prefer something lowercase. The logo needs to look good and be readable (or at least recognizable) as a YouTube profile picture on a mobile device. It needs to look good in both a horizontal and vertical format, so possibly something like "thrive" in bold text and "contractor" in regular or thinner text. But it still needs a symbol, or unique use of negative space, or design, or something that sets it apart. So, if someone saw the symbol alone, they would know, recognize, or associate it with the Thrive Contractor channel. It's not a requirement, but I think I like the idea of a square dot on the letter "i" since a good portion of the channel content will focus on digital transformation and technology.
