Logo Design Brief

looking for an updated logo for my real estate investment business, Villa Niagara Homes. the current design can be found at villaniagarahomes.com - it is extremely basic. the primary color scheme the logo will be used with is gold logo on black background, but may use others. only looking for one color or two max…either all gold or gold/white. modern but classy. the current logo is a good guideline for the elements to include— the straight white lines of the current logo represent 3 things: 1) the “V” and “N” from villa niagara, 2) roofs of homes, and 3) also kind of a “W” which is the first letter of our last name….i definitely am looking for a logo that is #1 & #2 combined….if #3 can also appear with diluting the quality of the design, that would be perfect…but if it doesnt work, thats ok
