Logo Design Brief

I'm needing a logo design and website built for a new company that will encompass all of our event venues. Right now I have individual logos but am wanting to streamline all of them into one space. These venues are for a variety of events, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, retirement parties, family reunions, showers etc. The venues are historic and each have their own unique style and vibe...from country/farm on acreage to an urban elevator union building to a vintage fire station.

I would like the design to be classic, clean and modern in style. I would like to incorporate shades of blue, but open to other colors
