Tattoo Design Brief

I have an idea for a tattoo of a women's arms coming from my sides up to around mid back, leaving light red/pink scratches all over mid to upper back that flow/change into cherry blossoms up top around upper back and shoulders. I would like the arms and scratches to be a realistic look with the arms having tattoos/ rings ect. The cherry blossoms i am open to many styles such as realistic, Japanese, water color ect. I would also like Japanese wring down spine through middle of design saying "Pursuit of Pleasure"
Just looking for design to reference from, see the idea come to light and hopefully show the tattoo artist and consider any changes before hand. Feel free to be creative with this and change some things!! thank you!
