Logo Design Brief

I've just started an agency to help international digital healthcare and life sciences startups with US expansion. I would like a logo that looks modern, clean, and inspires confidence that I can help these seedling startups grow into large strong businesses. I'm Australian, and love running on trails (see photo of oak trees). I have been living in the US for 20+ years and will focus first on helping Australian startups. The initials GO might be helpful in creating a sense of motion and forward progress (see sample uploaded, not prescriptive!). Green Oak should dominate and Innovation Partners can be smaller in text.
