Logo Design Brief
Need a black and white only - logo design for Lumena. A luxury condominium located on the beach in Satellite Beach, FL. Logo must be sleek, modern and sophisticated. A play on the L and other letters if needed, to add elegance and class. Feeling is natural organic beach feeling. Quiet beaches, secluded location, waving sand dunes and sea grass.
Updates
Client wants a sophisticated, upscale brand that plays off of the natural beauty of the oceanfront location.
Color palette to be adapted will be soft and natural. Black and white logo is required but keep in mind the color palette to be adapted will be soft and natural. High end but not stuffy.
Think along the lines of Vineyard Vines, Outer Banks, Charleston for inspiration. All casual upscale, but skew modern.

- The condos are no more than nine stories, so anything depicting a hi-rise is no good. Seeking a feminine and luxurious logo. Lumina also alludes slightly to the fact that it's located on the space coast so consider that in your design.

- Palm Trees, Sun, Clip Art, Birds
