Advertisement Design Brief

I need an advisement created for a print magazine for my marine navigation app called Sea Drive: https://seadriveapp.com/. I have a logo, color theme and a number of other design items that I have attached. I want the ad to drive potential users to download our app via our website URL or a QR code.
