Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a knife making company based in South Australia.
the company specialises in forging and hand crafting cooking knifes using sustainable materials, timber, stainless steel and high carbon steel.
Each knife is hand crafted by a professional blade smith and is unique.
Each knife is a high end product with prices ranging from $300 to $1000.
We would like 2 designs:
1. A business logo - we would like to see designs based on an old fashioned street sign with the business name "Penny Lane" with the slogan "hand crafted knifes" underneath in a classic or vintage script.
the logo should be reminiscent of vintage British street signs. i have attached an image that sort of displays the style I am after.
I am looking for the logo to represent a time where products were hand made and something that will appeal to both men and women.
preferably black and white but i would like to see some options with colour.
2. A stamp logo - this needs to be fairly simple and contain only the letters PL as it will be used to stamp each knife. if possible please include an option with an anvil integrated into the letters, however if this is too complicated I am happy for it to be left out. I will need two versions of this design, one in black letters, white background and in a black square and one in the reverse of this.
I will need JPEG and PDF of all designs.
the business logo will be used on web sites and social media.
