Graphic Design Brief

We have built an apartment building that requires a branding package.

This is a high end apartment block housing 48 fully furnished, one bedroom apartments in an upmarket part of town (Harare, Zimbabwe).

The name of the complex is "The Gray" - the building is the colour Grey, but is named after a family member.

We are looking for a Brand Package that can be used for;
- Gate Signage
- Internal Branding
- Website
- Stationary
- Uniforms.

We are looking for the brand to represent the contours of the building with a classic font with sweeping lettering. The colouring is recommended is monochrome.

Below is a brief write up.

"Our furnished apartments provide the essential things to make you a Home from Home. Livable, convenient, and affordable. You will find comfort and convenience from the modern appliances, to the relaxing modern décor and quality of fittings and furnishings provided with in the apartment. There is even a laundry on the ground floor. The Gray is conveniently situated in Avondale and in close proximity to the Shopping Centre and food courts. Whether you are a student or a business executive, our furnished apartments are suited to your needs. We have a responsive, professional Management team to address any queries you may have. If you value convenience and security, we certainly will value you and your requirements.
Our apartments are affordable, comfortable, appealing and furnished to help you enjoy your stay with us. "
