Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a moonshine startup. Thinking of having a bottle similar to the bootlegger bottles from the early 20th century but don't want the logo to be too cliche. Black River Lake is a lake located in Nova Scotia, Canada where there is lots of fishing and outdoor activities.
There was discussion of including a skeleton of a fish like a trout or something that can be caught in Nova Scotia but again could be too cliche
