T-shirt Design Brief

We need a witty, fun tshirt design made to celebrate Mom's 80th. We'd like to base it on the 1980's "Missing" Milk Carton concept. With copy like "Have you seen this lady? She's 80!" Ideally the design is on the front. Thinking grey tones or something fun. Willing to riff to make the design more fun--add additional factoids.
