Logo Design Brief

We had a friend design a logo for us a few years ago but I no longer have it I realized on my new computer and we wanted it revamped and modernized anyway. I want to be able to upload onto social media and also provide to embroidery companies to make our own apparel for our team. We want a range of sizes so we can do a few different things with it basically. We want it to look very similar with a new horse in the middle that is a more accurate description of the business which is jockeys. We'd like a modern and very clean look too so any other updates would definitely be welcomed. We just want a silhouette of the jockey and horse in the middle like the example I will upload, with no details beyond that. I'd like to see the horse and jockey in white and maybe in black too. We'd also like the horse heading to the right just like the current logo. He very much wants to stick with white red and black as the main colors throughout the logo. Would it be possible to also provide a "WCJM" only letters logo as well? Maybe using black and red?

Horse racing. The logo owner is an agent for jockeys and thisis his business. He's younger than most other agents so having a logo alone is a more modern and updated approach.
