Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo to really stand out. It is for a staffing agency that will connect people who have horses and work in barns.
Stable Staffing - "connecting you to the right people for your horse and home"

I have included a photo of a logo that I really like. I want to see if we can improve on it at all. I also attached a photo of existing horse brands, the logos that I want it to stand out against.

I don't want any horses in it, but something related to a horse that is not too on the nose would work (a horse jump, horse shoe, etc.) But I really want to keep it simple with a stable or farm and the words "Stable Staffing".

I would also like to find some good colors. Looking for 1-2 colors (possibly blue, green or purple). Very open to suggestions but want to see what we can come up with! Thank you!
