Logo Design Brief

We have a bar named Asylum and would like a logo that captures the double meaning of the word. As in seeking Asylum or being put in the insane Asylum. I should include elements that suggest both the darker side of an insane Asylum and the safety of seeking Asylum at an embassy. Images that portray insanity or the descent into madness juxtaposed with the safety of an embassy or the relief of asylum seekers would be cool.
