Logo Design Brief

Sun Bear innovation: Uncovering potential.
Is an innovation consultant company in the education / health sectors. The core of the company drawing on strengths of organizations and activating sustainble solutions with creative problem solving strategies and leadership. Facilitating the collision of ideas (different than traditional brainstorming) helps drive the creative problem solving. The "uncovering potential" speaks to the speaks to the innovation of the SunBear but as well symbolically represents we are helping organizations find new potential opportunities. We are mindful that in the education sector there is often a notion of doing more with less. We help uncover the potential even with less.
We are looking for a memorable logo to support our branding strategy. The Sun Bear is specifically chosen because of it's innovative adaptations. Evidence of Sun and Bear in the logo would be important. Not critical but the SunBear also generally has a unique chest hair that differentiates it from other bears (in the sample I explored more of a sublte V shape as I am known as Mr V - not a critical piece). Based on our population we are not looking for an agressive bear look (i.e. not a face image with teeth of a bear) but if anything a professional cute approachable feel. There is a lot of vulnerability when uncovering potential.
It would be important to be black and white but a color version would also be valuable. We do not have any specific company colors. A few hand sketches are attached but we are looking forward to additional design ideas
