Logo Design Brief

We need a log design for a meat / jerky distribution company in Texas. The logo needs to incorporate the attached cattle brand design (rough sketch attached) and we would need to be able to split the wording and cattle brand apart for marketing purposes. We would like to see designs that are simple with clean lines and not busy. The final design should communicate "Ranch Life"
