Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a company based in southwest Michigan. We maintain properties through many different avenues. Our owners are jacks-of-all-trades. They mow, do tree trimming, mulching, and any other maintenance required for several properties. Many are campgrounds. We like a color scheme with a Navy, Lime green or Emerald, and Gray. We would like the logo to be able to be manipulated for potential equipment logos, truck logos, shirts, hats, etc. "Priority One" potentially as the logo and "Property Maintenance" in a regular font underneath.
