in brief its said that it will be both sided DL but in drive links there is a 4 sided DL sketch..

Good question - sorry for any confusion. The sketch in Google Drive was just me playing around - you can use it to give you some inspiration if you want, but it isn't exactly what I'm after. All of the sketches on there are differen versions of the front side of the flyer, I didn't sketch the back yet.
