Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my company Groundswell Technology Group. The branding company name is GTG. We're based in Sausalito, CA. We sell and buy Office Phones/Headsets and IT/Networking Equipment. I'd like to see designs with the colors blue. The final design should communicate the definition of Groundswell: a sudden growth of public feeling and support for something. Kind of like a swirl.
