Logo Design Brief

Create an awesome mind blowing Logo for a Bar School (Mixology Academy). I had an design from fiverr and it was horrible... so lets start here to get something awesome. i put the logo files in but it should be more awesome and much cooler. Just the colors have to be blue, red, and white and it would be nice if its possible a black / white version.
