Logo Design Brief

We are looking to get a challenge coin designed for our army reserve chemical company. We want the coin to be an odd shape (not a circle like a typical coin) our idea is a dragon head wearing a gas mask for the front design. we would like the dragon and gas mask to be the front side of the coin and on the mask, canisters have CBRN on one and the Chicago flag on the other. For the back side of the coin, we would like 379th CBRN CO and “Southside Dragons” and the company logo which is blue dragon with southside logo and Chicago flag on there. We would also like to see the coin possibly with CPT Rank and 1SG Rank on the coin also but in removable spot if we choose not to have the ranks on there. We would also like a hidden or incorporated somewhere in the coin either "Elementis Regamus Proelium" (Like maybe on the edge of the coin) or the war torn tree trunk in the US Army Chemical Corps Crest.
The finish design will be submitted to a coin manufacture and we are looking to get the coin made out of 1oz of silver but may change it to color if it looks better in color than in silver.
