Design Crowd, based on our initial experience and selection choices, gave us a chance to choose a price point based on the number of designs and designers we would like. The company’s website already has the backbone of things it would need to transferred to a new “theme.” We are still trying to understand this amazing platform aside from Fiverr’s user friendly site. If this is unreasonable for any designer, we understand your perspective, and will wait to hear back from anyone considering this project.

For the design only, does this mean we would not have it installed on site? What happens after we choose to accept just the design? Would it include the code needed for another designer to install?

Yes, it is true that to develop an entire SHOPIFY website the cost is around 1000-1800 USD after having the front page design in PSD.

IN the current project we can only provide you the Home page, product listing page, product details page, checkout page and may be a contact page.

What happens when you have psd file. You need a HTML coder as well as shopify developer. The HTML coder cut/slice the design as per requirement and make some HTML/CSS. The shopify developer will embed the code into the theme and then a final website will be published.

Please note to complete such requirement you may need to buy some services/plugins etc from shopify.
