( We love the work you did for DreamWorks model products. One thing I would say is that we will be placing this design on various backgrounds so we would like to avoid the overhead perspective that was used on that project. Eye level is preferred.

Definitively sounds like an attempt to offer a job to someone. But when there is even participation payments, it doesn't make sense.

I apologize for the confusion. My coworker created the account and asked me to type up a brief. I thought I was reaching out to a specific designer as he has used this service previously. This is a contest, I have updated the brief to reflect that and also attached the DreamWorks RC mascot for reference.
