Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new company, called "MOZZ Wood Fired" located in Red Hook, NY, in the Hudson Valley. We hand make hot, delicious pizza using fresh, local ingredients and bake them in our mobile wood fired oven. We cooked on location at private parties, farmer's markets, and public events. We would like to see designs that show our traditional side but with a modern upbeat feel.
