Graphic Design Brief

We have a customer that has requested us to create a firework item that will "honor" their father's legacy. This particular customer is considered more than just a customer they are family.

Below is the request and ideas they have asked for:
My request would be that it is the image pertains to a skull with a traditional native American headdress with eagle feathers incorporated somehow. Also, I would like the skeleton to be riding a horse with flames like the image down below. (I'll attach some pictures down below so it makes sense :))

Please see the attached images they sent over as examples. Please do not use these directly as I have no idea about copyright infringement regarding these images.
