Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo/design for our apparel company. But, this logo is specific to being used as an "Air Freshener" for cars & trucks. The final design will be a Die Cut Shape to be hung inside a vehicle using a string. We would like to have the following designed:
We need a Donkey standing with its ass facing out and the donkey's head looking back over its own shoulder winking at you. Maybe have the donkey wearing a straw hat with ears poking thru. And have the donkeys tail swing to one side. Basically having the dokey mooning you as you drive down the road.....lol
Would like the web address printed on only one side of the two sided product, so we would need the logo with and without the web address.
