Logo Design Brief

I am working on a concept for a Texas bbq restaurant which will combine central Texas bbq and louisiana cajun cuisine. I'm looking for a 50's-60's design asthetic incorporating roadside/googie architectural themes/fonts. I would like to incorporate aqua/seafoam blue, Columbia blue, navy, and white into the design but am open to other color schemes as well and southwestern colors would be fine to mix in.
