Logo Design Brief

We are a real estate brokerage and advising team, The Local Group. We are part of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. We are based in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina and serve the entire Crystal Coast area, including Newport, Havelock, and surroundings. We are experienced, professional, and successful. Amazing landmarks in our area include the Cape Lookout lighthouse, Fort Macon, and the southern outer banks. We are looking for a logo for The Local Group. It would be nice to include the Coldwell Banker logo, if possible, but not required. We want a professional logo highlighting our area and ability.
