Logo Design Brief

We are in need of a logo refresh for a 20-year-old company going through an ownership and slight name change. Company is based in Seattle and called 'Hot Iron Fabrication LLC' (old name "Hot Iron Design LLC") Example of current logo in files, we would like to keep the black and red look as well as the 'Hot Iron' writing style. We would like to have a modern style steel gate (simple) worked into the logo to replace the current hammer and anvil.
