Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company called Dragonfly.

We are a data management company that allows marketers to precisely target the real people they want to reach.

Why Dragonfly? The Dragonfly is the most precise hunter in the animal kingdom. While hunting prey, dragonflies have a catch rate of 95%, higher than any other animal observed. The secret to their success lies in the many unique adaptations they have accumulated throughout their evolution, including aspects of their eyesight and flight.

Our database of 160M Real People is connected to each and every device the consumers uses. This enables marketers the ability to target people across all the channels and devices they use.

Dragonfly allows marketers to be as precise with their marketing as the dragonfly. We want a logo that incorporates a dragonfly and communicates precision, elegance and accuracy. I've attached a photo of a dragonfly...we are also drawn to the dragonfly because it looks otherworldly and looks like it could be some kind of alien technology.

Currently, the URL we own is dragonflytargeting.com. We will be referring to our company as Dragonfly but may occasionally refer to it as Dragonfly Targeting. We would like the logo to be focused on Dragonfly but would also like to have the flexibility to add the word "Targeting" in the logo if needed.
