Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a Blues Band that offers entertainment services for corporate functions, festivals and parties. Playing blues and southern rock'n'roll is our niche. In keeping with this style of music, our image could be created with references to traditional icons such as BB King and ZZ Top and a pinch of James Dean, "Rebel Without A Cause" attitude. But also a more contemporary feel generated by later model icons such as Joe Bonamassa, Kenny Wayne Shepherd & Susan Tedeschi. Blues music events/ festivals, venues and bars scattered around southern parts of the USA would also serve as great inspiration; and not to forget about Blues Bar scene in Chicago. The logo/ file attached demonstrates colours that might be applicable...

Must have

• The font should be a saloon, biker style...and "MIDNIGHT STEEL" should be on it's own line.

Nice to have

• Just changed colour to a gray scale. But like the idea of incorporating golds and silvers as a contrast to this.

• Please ignore/ disregard the welding handle thing in the example I've included.
